On the first line of the Arenal-Bol beach, in Calp, the Capri restaurant has been located since 1978. It is a place with careful decoration and elegant atmosphere, with views of the Pe\u00f1\u00f3n de Ifach and with a gastronomic offer that combines traditional rice, fish and seafood with a more varied and disruptive offer. Gabriela Radu, CEO of the restaurant, with a degree in Philosophy and Journalism and a Master’s degree in “Economics for Managers” from Harvard, speaks with INFORMACI\u00d3N.<\/p>\n

The philosophy behind the success of the Capri Restaurant in Calpe is, first of all, adaptability to changes and trends, to always remain relevant. I have been through all levels and work environments, which has given me a unique perspective on how to motivate and lead a team. This experience taught me to apply common sense in decision making.<\/p>\n

I incorporated this approach to create an environment where everyone feels part of a family, working together to provide an exceptional customer experience. Lastly, as a manager, I am constantly in the field interacting with clients and my team.<\/p>\n

At Capri Restaurant we weave the essence of our region into every aspect of our dining experience. We use local ingredients that tell the story of our environment in each dish.
