The Product
On a daily basis, fresh fish and seafood is brought from the fish market to the Capri Restaurant in Calpe. We elaborate our paellas and fideuas in a traditional way, following the original recipes and products. Local farmers source our restaurant with fresh and seasonal vegetables. We select the best meats, the best cuts and the best pieces so you can enjoy their full flavour on our grill.

At the Capri restaurant in Calpe we not only take care of the food, we also strive to select the best wines for you. Our wine list includes regional, national and international wines. You can choose from a wide variety of white, rosé and red wines. We highly recommend our superb selection of cavas and champagnes.
